Recently my wife and I decide we wanted to retire in the country were we could share some land with our two daughters and their family’s . We were tasked with finding a large enough piece of land for three houses and wanted it close to where the family still have jobs. We reached out to Paul Womack with Rob Brooks Realty. We needed our house sold quickly in Florida and also had a piece of land in Alabama we were interested in . Rob assembled a team for the Alabama land and Paul handled our house sale . Paul guided us through the unpleasant event of selling the house we loved so much . We had no idea how much it was worth . It was located on a bayou but not in a up scale neighborhood. Paul came up with a figure way higher than what I expected . He showed us how to combine each feature of the house , land , location , entertainment and the local events that would be an interest to a buyer . The stress of selling a house is unreal but Paul knew how to keep us on track and not to worry about things out of our control . He had contacts to every kind of contractor you might need to fix up issues that would come up during the sale . After all the financial and government elements were complete we signed on our new land and sold or house exactly one month apart . Once again Paul does a great job! Last year he found me 3 investment properties that this year he listed and sold. One lasted 2 hours on the market. Another lasted 4 hours. The 3rd was sold prior to ever listing it. From beginning to end everything was smooth sailing with Paul . I know the market is hot, however I contribute the success to Paul's hard work up front planning where, when and how the properties were listed.
