Excellent service! So our need for a house came up quickly. We needed to move into a home within 2 weeks. Seemed impossible..... we placed 1 call to Paul, he showed us 10 homes immediately. We really liked one on the lake but the sellers wanted a month to move. Paul said "don't worry, let me see what I can do." Two weeks later we closed on the home and moved in within 3 days. During those 3 days , Paul's recommended contractors changed the windows, changed the flooring and painted the inside. It was like moving into a new house. What a trouble free experience. Paul demonstrates the best of the competencies an agent could have. He was kind and caring for us rookie home buyers. Paul is the absolute best realtor I could have asked for! He helped me find the perfect house on the best lot. The house hunting process went very smoothly because i had a realtor that i could trust. Paul showed up to the pre-inspection and final inspection for me since I was purchasing the house virtually. He treated my house purchase as if he was helping a family member. He provided several contacts for local vendors and even obtained quotes for the gutters and fence. Paul personally got the house all set up including connecting the water to the washer and refrigerator so that I didn’t have to call a contractor to install it.
